5. Email and SMS Marketing

 

5.1 Email
If you sign up for our email list, we will send you promotional emails about menu items, specials, events, and loyalty news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the email address listed above. Transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations) will continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

 

5.2 SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in to our text-message program, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional text messages from 24K (e.g., promotions, loyalty offers, order updates) sent via an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile opt-in information or consent for marketing or promotional purposes to any third party, except service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages.

9.4 Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act
If you are an Iowa resident, you have the right to (i) confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data; (ii) delete personal data we obtained from you; (iii) obtain a portable copy of personal data you previously provided; and (iv) opt out of the sale of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond within the time required by Iowa law.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
