Hi, I’m Karmon, founder of 24K Juice Café and a passionate advocate for health, healing and community wellness.

My life’s mission has always been centered around connecting people to life-changing opportunities. For years, that work looked like helping individuals access programs and resources that could improve their lives. Today, that same purpose continues through something more personal—helping people care for their health and well-being.

​

In 2020, during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I started Team SHIFT, a family-centered health and wellness initiative. We hosted outdoor community workouts, led fitness challenge groups, and encouraged people to prioritize movement and healthy habits.

​

Around that same time, I received my first juicer—a gift that would quietly change the direction of my life. I quickly fell in love with the creativity of juicing and the powerful health benefits that come from fresh, nutrient-dense foods. As I began sharing my juices online, friends and community members started reaching out with questions, encouragement, and requests for juices of their own.

What started as a personal wellness journey slowly grew into something much bigger.

That journey eventually led to the creation of 24K Juice Café, which first found its home inside Rooted Wellness Collective in 2024.

Why “24K”?

Gold becomes 24 karat gold through a refining process. Heat, pressure, and time transform it into its purest form.

That idea deeply reflects the heart behind this brand.

Life has a way of refining us through challenges, growth, and transformation. Through those seasons, we are shaped into stronger, wiser, and more whole versions of ourselves.

“These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold.”- 1 Peter 1:7

That message resonates deeply with me. Just as gold is refined to reveal its purity, our journeys can refine us into stronger, healthier and better versions of ourselves.

Looking back, that verse reflects my journey in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time. Stepping out to share my wellness journey on social media, starting my juice business, and opening my first space inside Rooted Wellness Collective to eventually leaving my corporate job, all required faith. Each step stretched me beyond what felt comfortable.

There were moments where I questioned whether I was ready. But through every stage of the journey, I’ve been reminded that when we feel called to something greater, God equips us along the way.

What started as a simple act of sharing my juicing journey has continued to grow. Through every step, the process has strengthened my faith and deepened my purpose.

 

Just like gold is refined through fire, this journey has been one of growth, trust and transformation.
